Maybe I should post this in the Bugs section... Wil, I think your bd4 database got corrupted. I've just seen a new high score for level 54, and it can't be true :
And also asarkila is now scoring in chaotic levels like 29... he's just scary. I was happy to reach 1st rank one day in the past in Homelands. I looks quite impossible now :

A few more thoughts on some homelands levels:
For 32, I have no clue. I tried to figure out how to possibly save one extra blue gem, but simply could not :. I can climb up the falling gems fountain, but never found a configuration where I could enter the room and get a blue gem.

For 13, it could be a bug exploit. I'm nearly convinced that ejlo and Janne found a flaw which allows to kill blue bugs in a way that was not planned in "standard" moves. Something probably related to grenade usage and a weird key combination... but I could not prove it yet.

I agree about level 13. I cannot see how those scores are possible. I have thought of EVERYTHING. It has to be a bug or something.

I know the others are possible since I've seen them live : but I'm absolutely lost with no. 13 also. Wil once told that he has the recording of the top score and will watch it on his deathbed. So, the secret is safe for a looooooooong loooooong time. Beauty of bd4.
Getting a high score in Homelands is mostly just hard work (trying to get them lucky bounces to go one's way) but at the same time I was actually very suprised how I could find something to improve on in almost all of my previous recordings/high scores. I think that playing the other levelsets has just developed my bd4 skills and instincts so much that it was easier to see the possibilities and then go ahead and execute them.
Level 13 to me remains the greatest mystery in all of bd4.

Ditto on level 13... but there are several other's that puzzle me. 13 is clearly the most confusing of all, but anywhere that I've missed a long term 1000 pointer or level 7 (and even 6 to some extent) in homelands... I just don't have a faster technique. Of course I'm sure I have a few that I'm proud of and baffle other's. Yes, the game does last the test of time. My favourite game in 1988 and still the one... if on a different platform. really no time to play ... too much work and many other things before heading overseas... and the nationals (rogaining) this weekend. Oh, I leave Thursday morning. I think asarkila's just getting some good old fashion cheap shots before I go away.
