Okay, so I'm pissed off. Level 11 ... I know how to do it, but the arrows on my laptop are partially fucked and I just can't grab when I ned to reliably enough to get this "pefect" score. I know I should wait until I can borrow another computer ... but Arghhh... so it's currently shitting me... perhaps not the worst level, but not hapy Jan.

Are the keys damaged because of bd4? :

The competition was rude with asarkila a while back, and some levels are pretty well optimized in the tropics.

Nice to see you back in the game. Maybe I should try to play a bit Tropical to get back in 1st place, but I'm having fun in the Reefs before :

I thing either the keys are damaged because of bd4 or it's just a shit keyboard. It sucks somewhat since I may have to play levels that require less well defined timing. For example, after working out level 19 it took me TEN attempts to get the two grabs in the final play!

The other day the key jammed while using a web browser and just scrolled down to the bottom of the page and it seems that when the key is logically released is *heavily* dependent on which side of the key you press (particuarly for enter) and the keys stick making for really shit "release" timing which is only needed for grabbing things. I also think there may be some weird key combination that does not work ... one that does not involve the 'p' key, meaning that I MUST release some of the arrow keys before other combinations work meaning I can;t have a key lazily down from previous move. And, while working the "." key stopped working (seems I use the down and dot keys lots while using vi when editing code ... shit's me that coding can reck my keyboard for more useful tasks such as playing bd4!) It's all pretty crap really! Still, at least the level I have just played is really quick!

Crappy keyboards are a nightmare. I don't play bd4 unless I have a 100% reliable keyboard. If some needed keys are even only 95% reliable, it's awful.

I remember a wireless keyboard where some key sequences needed an extra tick, because a dead-time was needed for the keyboard to follow keystrokes. I stopped playing this one quite quickly :
