I couldn't stay away too long could I, lol. Anyway is there any hope on the horizon for the editor, and a possible player contributed level set with its own separate level ranking, in the near future, especially one with the newer objects you used to have a while ago. It's good to be back too and how was the holiday.... ps the pesky bug issue with the pause key......any clues? :

Yeah, the "pause key" bug is just a keyboard clash. Basically keyboards have a wire matrix and work out from different "closed" or "open" responses which key (or keys) are being pressed. Unfortunately many when (I am guessing the keys) down and enter is being pressed will not recognise 'p' being pressed... you can try it in a text editor or something. My "fix" is to release a version which allows configurable keys. In the meantime you *may* be able to use other keys (do hjkl) work? ie use these when you know you *need* to perform some accurate move and you are too lame to play without pausing (hey, I've even resported to pausing since hte high scores are just too high otherwise). Or change keyboards!

I'm not sure when I'll have time, but I plan to upgrade some stuff over summer. I was hoping to put out a mac version, but the Java versions and web pages including editor are also high up there. Then there's playing. asarkila seems to need some competition!

I'm still amazed at how enjoyable a quick bd4 bash is after so many years ... and that new methods seem to keep popping up!

Yihaa!
Welcome back guys, VERY nice to see some action. It was getting pretty lonely as none of the top players were playing for a long time. Have fun and good luck!
