Error playing online or loading ticket.

Hi! I have trouble playing online and downloading tickets. Sometimes I have to wait for a long time before the window pops up, sometime a get an error: "Can't connect to server. 110" I'm connecting from Sweden, is this a problem anyone else has? The server status page shows that the server is up and that page loads quickly. /Anyone

You should be able to check out tickets from the online tools. These should work in the same way the web pages do (i.e. you can post forum messages so should be able to do this). You will probably/possibly not be able to do it from in the game (either scripts, from the command line or via the windows user interface) because you need to be able to directly contact the server (not the web system) which is obviously being blocked from behind a firewall. It could be a latency things, but is probably a firewall. Use the web pages. Post again if you need help.
