I have a feeling that level 76 of the Tropical level set (single player) is going to be like level 64 of Homelands - ie. the 'Optimal' method will be known by too many players, and the level will become rather pointless for highscores. Although in this case, the optimal method is even more obvious :)

I object to levels on which the only way to get the high score is to not finish the level.

Yep level 76 definitely appears to be our new 65......I don't agree with you Cusack, thats the whole point of high scores to push the most "however you do it" out of a level, you have to discover what has the most points, is time worth anything if i drop a rock on this guy he is worth 5 point but if he hits slime the gem points is all i get......i will admit though Level 76 TROPICAL is a bit redundant.......but i guess it can not be all good and perfect........ :

Sorry all. I stuffed up. The problem would have been fixed by simply making blue gems worth a lot less... and hence the score would have been fought by how many guys you could let loose and kill with rocks. Unfortunately when setting about 500 levels up its hard not to see techniques that will make a level trivial. It's hard enough to ensure all levels are possible in both single player and teamwork mode.

Still, it took me a while to work out how you did it.... there's always a few secret or hidden methods left for different people to discover. Pity this one was really easy to work out but I didn't see it.
