If at the end of a game, either by exiting or dying, the game would pause, just so i can check the time because at the moment i have to replay the saved game.........be nice anyway...;)

No, sounds a bit crap. But what I can do is add it to the F-Keys, so you can press F4 (for example) and it will tell you the last exit time and score for exiting or something like that if you like.

I'm not sure if you noticed but F4 (non-auto-update) tells you the score you would get if you exited "now" to help people judge leaving levels (and also since you can get a BONUS score as well as a time related one so it would be too hard/painful for people to explore exit scores).

Isn't the dialog box "Congratulations: you completed the level!" a kind of pause ? You can see the the time and score in the game window in the background while this dialog is in the foreground. When you die the game continues to run but that is not a problem since the time is 0 anyway and you can see your score. Or did I misunderstand DREAM's initial request ... ? I know it's pretty redundant but maybe the dialog could say something like "Congratulations you completed level n of levelset m Your score: x Your exit time: y"
