Bruce is up to here so I'll give you the same info I gave him.
 
You need all the diamonds.
Try this: Stand under the rock about 10 squares from the
bottom and 8 squares from the left (the left most but not the one
close to you) ... run straight down. This will help you work
out how to get the diamonds within the bombs.

You don't seem to understand!! You can only play levels which you are up
to. To play level 1 you must get though level 0 (I know level 0 is a
little boring, but it's easy).
